Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. The product must be in the same condition as you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please contact customer service to obtain the return address. Once you receive the address, you must carefully package the item in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.

In some cases, returns are free. If the reason for your return is not due to an error by inukstores.com, a shipping fee ($5) will be deducted from your refund.
